The school admits students at any time of the year including international students. Our educational institution serves Catholic, Maronite, Coptic, Orthodox, and Christian families who embrace our school values. Christ the King Academy accepts new students annually according to available space after they submit their application and meet with their family for an informal discussion about integration.

Admission Application Process


Placement will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

To apply for admission to Christ the King Academy (Grades K-12), please complete the application form. Your admission is not finalized until we receive the $200 admission fee per family. This fee is required upon admission. Your priority will be determined based on the time of payment submission.


Important Information:


  1. Submit your application on the website.
  2. Check out your application by our admissions team.
  3. An assessment test, previous report cards must be submitted to apply for admission.
  4. If your application is accepted, then the student(s) and their parent(s) will be reached out for an interview.
  5. Once you're accepted into our academy, we'll let you know either by email or over the phone.
  6. A non-refundable admission fee of $200 per family is required upon admission.
  7. Siblings of current students will receive priority for admission.
  8. All applicants who successfully pass our application process will be placed on the waiting list if a spot is not available.
  9. Students will be placed in grades according to their birthdate, in alignment with the Ontario education system, and a personalized learning plan will be determined based on their academic strengths.
  10. All information provided must be accurate; any discrepancies will result in the voiding of the registration.
